For over 60 years the McNutt family have been weaving Donegal tweed and Irish linen at their mill in Downings in the north west of Donegal and have evolved from weaving classic traditional Donegal tweed fabrics to more modern and contemporary designs. Home furnishings, fashion accessories and fabric lengths are among the products available that are designed and produced in-house by a team of highly skilled craftsmen.

Stocking a selection of Irish crafts and gifts, McNutts, Donegal Woollen Mill has something for everyone.

Also available are 15 to 20 minute guided tours for groups of the factory. Tours must be pre-booked two weeks in advance. Minimum group size is 10 people.
