“Limerick: A Different Kind of Energy” is the theme for this year's Limerick St. Patrick’s Festival, showing the city and county’s constant evolution, where past and present combine to generate Limerick’s unique energy.
Limerick’s culture is a source of justifiable pride, from our edgy street art and vibrant live music scene to a calendar bursting with theatre, film, festivals and events. Ireland’s first National City of Culture, we host EVA International, the country’s only biennial of contemporary art, displaying a unique energy not seen anywhere else on the Emerald Isle.
As one of Ireland’s green energy leaders, Limerick and the region as a whole can look forward to sharing its energy with generations to come.
